VTB Bank (Armenia) said its clients can make money transfers from Armenia to Russia through the BEST system with a commission that makes only 0.9% of the money transfer amounts in Russian rubles, US dollar and euros
YEREVAN, August 13. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) said its clients can make money transfers from Armenia to Russia through the BEST system with a commission that makes only 0.9% of the money transfer amounts in Russian rubles, US dollars and euros, saying also it is the lowest rate for money transfers charged by Armenia-based banks.
VTB Bank (Armenia) said also in a press release that it is the market leader in terms of servicing money transfer systems.
Clients of VTB Bank (Armenia) can send money transfers not only through its 73 branches, but also through remote service channels such as Phone Bank and Video Bank.
To make a money transfer through Phone Bank service, a client needs to call 8787 and go through identification, provide his/her passport details and transfer data, after which the Bank's Contact Center employee will make the money transfer using the funds available on the client's account.
VTB Bank (Armenia) said also in a press release that it is the market leader in terms of servicing money transfer systems.
Clients of VTB Bank (Armenia) can send money transfers not only through its 73 branches, but also through remote service channels such as Phone Bank and Video Bank.
To make a money transfer through Phone Bank service, a client needs to call 8787 and go through identification, provide his/her passport details and transfer data, after which the Bank's Contact Center employee will make the money transfer using the funds available on the client's account.
The Video Bank service provides a similar opportunity to the client, only through a video call to the Bank. To use the service, one needs to call the Bank's Contact Center via Skype call at VTBAoperator, go through identification, show one's passport, provide transfer details and make the money transfers via by using the system.
The money transfer can be received in a matter of minutes at more than 4000 service points throughout Russia.
VTB Bank (Armenia) also offers an additional service of the BEST system, which increases the convenience of a client receiving the money transfer in the Russian Federation: one can send a money transfer directly to Visa / MasterCard / MIR cards. In this case the beneficiary will not need to visit a bank branch to receive the money transfer.
