YEREVAN, February 27. /ARKA/. The Armenian government’s anti-crisis measures are reassuring, RA President Serzh Sargsyan said today as he met with Catholicos of All Armenians His Holiness Karekin II and the upper clergy.

“The RA government’s measures encourage us and can minimize the impact of the crisis on Armenia,” the president said, stressing the role of advocating patriotism and morality.

“This is the only way we can advance,” Sargsyan added.

According to the president, the financial and economic crisis may transform to a spiritual crisis.

“Undergoing trials, people expect assistance from the government and church,” Sargsyan concluded. –0--
