2020 government budget upheld by Armenian parliament

The National Assembly of Armenia approved today the government budget for 2020 at the second final reading - 77 MPs voted for the budget and 37 against it. Two opposition factions voted against the budget.

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. The National Assembly of Armenia approved today the government budget for 2020 at the second final reading - 77 MPs voted for the budget and 37 against it. Two opposition factions voted against the budget.
The budget calls for 1.69 trillion drams in revenue and 1.85 trillion drams in spending. The projected budget deficit is 160.7 million drams.
In the 2020 government budget, economic growth is projected at 4.9% and inflation at 4% (± 1.5%). ($1 - AMD 477.94). -0---
