Armenia’s Constitutional Court has upheld today an Armenian-Slovenian agreement on exclusion of double taxation of income and prevention of tax evasion saying its provisions comply with the country’s Constitution.
YEREVAN, February 15, /ARKA/. Armenia’s Constitutional Court has upheld today an Armenian-Slovenian agreement on exclusion of double taxation of income and prevention of tax evasion saying its provisions comply with the country’s Constitution.
The agreement was signed October 11, 2010 to exclude double taxation of income, to reduce the negative impacts of impediments related to taxation of income and property on international trade and investments and also to help create a predictable and stable taxation framework. -0-
