On Thursday the Armenian government amended a previous decision to make refining of precious metals as well as production of bank gold and bullions a business activity not subject to mandatory licensing.

YEREVAN, March 4, /ARKA/. On Thursday the Armenian government amended a previous decision to make refining of precious metals as well as production of bank gold and bullions a business activity not subject to mandatory licensing.

Finance minister Vache Gabrielian explained at a Cabinet session that this decision is aimed at improvement of the business climate, development of this sector on the basis of free market relations and competition as well as at stepping up economic activity.-0-
