YEREVAN, June 13, /ARKA/. Haypost Trust Management (Armenia’s national postal service) said last Friday that in compliance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board dated June 3, 2011 the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer of “Haypost” cjsc were temporarily assigned to Deputy General Financial Director Hayk Avagyan.
According to a press release by Haypost Trust Management, B.V. Arman Khachaturian, who held the post earlier, was appointed by prime minister Tigran Sarkisian as director of Armenia’s National Competitiveness Fund and will take new office on June 15.
Haypost operates about 900 post offices across the country. In 2006 November it was placed under the trust management of Dutch Haypost Trust Management for a five year term with the right to prolong the contract for another five years. -0-
