Karabakh GDP rises by 8.7 percent in January-September

Karabakh GDP in January-September 2011 amounted to 92.2 billion drams rising from 81.5 billion drams reported for the same time span in 2010, Manush Minasian, the head of NKR Statistical Service, said at a news conference today.
STEPANAKERT, November 8, /ARKA/. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) in January-September 2011 amounted to 92.2 billion drams rising from 81.5 billion drams reported for the same time span in 2010, Manush Minasian, the head of NKR Statistical Service, said at a news conference today.

She said the GDP growth rate was 8.7% and the deflator index 104%.

"In January-September 2011 per capita GDP at current prices amounted to 636,000 drams, up from 570,700 in the first nine months of 2010,’ she said. ($1 - 380.47 AMD). –0--
