Haypost’s offices in Ararat province reopened after modernization

HayPost (Armenian Postal Service) opened its modernized postal offices in Vedi city and Ararat village, Ararat province, on Friday as part of the HayPost – Marathon-2011 program.
YEREVAN, November 19. /ARKA/. HayPost (Armenian Postal Service) opened its modernized postal offices in Vedi city and Ararat village, Ararat province, on Friday as part of the HayPost – Marathon-2011 program.
 
Earlier, HayPost Trust Management B.V. company, entrusted administrator of Haypost CJSC, announced the launch of HayPost – Marathon-2011 program that implied modernization of 50 postal offices across Armenia.
 
Hayk Avagyan, acting director of HayPost, said at the opening ceremony that the company pays special attention to its proper presence in provinces.
 
The new postal offices are properly repaired and equipped in tune with the new brand, labor standards are renewed and infrastructures modernized here.
 
All the modernized offices will provide traditional and nontraditional postal services as well as a variety of financial and commercial services, Internet, photocopying, printout and fax.
 
The agreement on handover of HayPost to Dutch HayPost Trust Management B.V. for a five-year trust management with a right of prolongation for other five years was signed on November 30, 2006.
 
HayPost CJSC is Armenia’s national postal operator has 900 offices in the country. --0---
