YEREVAN, April 24. /ARKA/. ArmRosgasprom’s subscribers complain mainly about internal gas installation.

The company press office said that 321 complaints have been received over the first quarter of 2008.

ArmRosgasprom’s emergency service 1-04 says it received 3063 phone calls, of which 1715 were answered and 1348 sent to appropriate units.

The second frequent complaint is related to connection and disconnection.
Some complaints were related to gas pressure and gas meters.

The ArmRosgasprom holds a monopoly of supply and distribution of Russian gas in Armenia.

The company was founded in 1997. Its current capital is $580mln. The Gasprom Company holds 57.59% of the company’s stock, the RA Ministry of Energy 34.7% and the ITERA oil and gas company 7.71%. M.V. –0--
