About 30% of Armenia’s land resources is not used, Armenia’s premier Hovik Abrahamyan said in summarizing the results of his visit to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

YEREVAN, June 25. /ARKA/. About 30% of Armenia’s land resources is not used, Armenia’s premier Hovik Abrahamyan said in summarizing the results of his visit to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
The premier said they intend to support NKR’s government to raise land use efficiency when intensifying and developing agriculture in Armenia.
According to Armenia’s ministry of agriculture, cultivated area grew by 14,000 hectares compared to 2012 to a total of over 318,000 hectares. Targeted land use level reached 71% in 2013, compared to 63.2% in 2010. –0--
