YEREVAN, June 3. /ARKA/. On Wednesday, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Khalil Shirgolami discussed the development of cooperation in energy, logistics, and trade.

According to the government's press service, other issues on the Armenian-Iranian cooperation agenda were also discussed.

According to the Armstat, Armenia's trade turnover with Iran in the first quarter of 2026 amounted to $174.3 million, an increase of 1.9%. Exports during the reporting period totaled $17.7 million (a decrease of 25.7%), while imports totaled $158.4 million (an increase of 5%).
