YEREVAN, December 10. / ARKA /. Armenian prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan and the head of the Armenian Office of the World Bank, Laura E. Bailey, have discussed Wednesday the current state of the Armenian economy, prospects for its development, as well as issues relating to government’s monetary and fiscal policy.

The government press office said the sides have stressed the importance of an economic policy that takes into account global and regional economic realities and the changing situation in the international market.

They have also emphasized the formation of an appropriate economic environment in Armenia, it said, adding that both sides have confirmed also their willingness to continue cooperation.-0-
