Armenia’s foreign trade in the first eight months of 2015, according to updated statistical data, slashed by 19.5% from the year before to about $3.041.5 billion, the National Statistical Service (NSS) said to ARKA.

YEREVAN, September 22. / ARKA /. Armenia’s foreign trade in the first eight months of 2015, according to updated statistical data, slashed by 19.5% from the year before to about $3.041.5 billion, the National Statistical Service (NSS) said to ARKA.
According to NSS, Armenian exports during the period under review amounted to $967.4 million, an increase of 0.5% when compared to the same period in 2014, while imports fell by 26.3% to about $2 074.1 billion.
The resulting negative balance in January-August this year amounted to $.1.106.7 billion -. 0-
