Armenia’s energy infrastructures and natural resources ministry and Russia's Rosgeologia Company will cooperate in strengthening mining industry and searching new fields of natural resources in Armenia.

YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. Armenia’s energy infrastructures and natural resources ministry and Russia's Rosgeologia Company will cooperate in strengthening mining industry and searching new fields of natural resources in Armenia.
The parties will search for raw hydrocarbon deposits, underground water and new ore fields and find ways for waste recycling.
It is also being planned to set up a working group for identifying key areas of cooperation and outline prospects.
In recent days, Ashot Manukyan, Armenian minister of energy infrastructures and natural resources, and Roman Popov, Rosgeologia CEO, signed a mutual understanding memorandum implying joint efforts to intensify geological exploration in Armenia. -0----
