The Armenian State Revenue Committee’s strategic program for 2020-2024 was presented Wednesday at a meeting at Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Heads of the government's economic agencies were present at the meeting.
YEREVAN, June 19. /ARKA/. The Armenian State Revenue Committee’s strategic program for 2020-2024 was presented Wednesday at a meeting at Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Heads of the government's economic agencies were present at the meeting.
The goals of the strategy as well as the planned measures and expectations were presented at the meeting.
Davit Ananyan, the head of the State Revenue Committee, said that the project has been worked out with taking into account the new things and opportunities.
He added that the strategy project is peculiar for its focus on transparency and accountability of the State revenue Committee.
Modernization and technical re-equipment of the committee's infrastructure will be carried out as part of the project.
Electronic paperwork, reduction of direct contacts with business people, development of tax and customs management, improvement of the dialogue with the population and incentive measures for honest taxpayers are implied in the project as well.
The official present at the meeting exchanged opinions and proposals, and the premier ordered further discussions. -0---
