Artsakh GDP increases fourfold in ten years

The GDP of Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) has grown fourfold over the past 10 years, Tigran Abrahamyan, an adviser to Artsakh president, wrote on his Facebook page on Monday.

YEREVAN, October 2. /ARKA/. The GDP of Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) has grown fourfold over the past 10 years, Tigran Abrahamyan, an adviser to Artsakh president, wrote on his Facebook page on Monday.
"The other day we summed up economic indicators over the past 10 years: general figures for Artsakh are very interesting. Thus, in 2007 the GDP equaled 70.8 billion drams, in 2016 - 229.6 billion drams. The task for this year is to increase it to 270 billion drams, ensuring a fourfold nominal GDP growth,’ Abrahamyan wrote.
According to him, in 2017 the budget revenue will reach 100 billion drams, against 30 billion drams in 2007. ($ 1 - 478.04 drams) -0-
