The average monthly nominal salary in Armenia increased by 5.6% in 2025 compared to 2024, reaching 303,140 drams, according to a report from the Statistical Committee.
YEREVAN, January 30. /ARKA/. The average monthly nominal salary in Armenia increased by 5.6% in 2025 compared to 2024, reaching 303,140 drams, according to a report from the Statistical Committee.
Moreover, in December 2025, this figure increased by 6.5% compared to December 2024, and by 22% compared to November of the same year.
Last year, public sector salaries amounted to 239,369 drams, an increase of 6.5%, while in the private sector they amounted to 327,604 drams (an increase of 5.1%). The report notes that all indicators are calculated based on the income tax and social benefits database provided by the State Revenue Committee. ($1 = 379.1 drams)
