Minister says Armenia should open trade houses abroad

Economy minister Karen Chshmarityan told parliament today that Armenia should open trade houses in some foreign countries.

YEREVAN, May 22. / ARKA /. Economy minister Karen Chshmarityan told parliament today that Armenia should open trade houses in some foreign countries.
"We need to open trade houses in the United States, Canada, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Bulgaria, Iran and some other countries to promote our exports. They should sell Armenia-made products. We have such a house in Russia," said Chshmarityan during a debate on the government plan of actions for 2014-2017.
He also called for opening of business information centers in Armenia, where business people can obtain information about business running changes stemming from Armenia’s upcoming accession to the Customs Union. -0-
