Over 15,000 real property deals made in Armenia in Аugust

The number of real estate deals in Armenia rose by 13% to 15, 869 in August from July, and by 1.4% from the same period a year earlier, according to the report of Armenia’s State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre.
YEREVAN, October 23. /ARKA/. The number of real estate deals in Armenia rose by 13% to 15, 869 in August from July, and by 1.4% from the same period a year earlier, according to the report of Armenia’s State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre.
The highest number of deals within the reported period is said to be processed in Yerevan- 36.1% of the total number, and the lowest number- in Vayots Dzor region- 2.1%.
At the same time, Kotayk region registered 11.4% of the total number of deals, Lori region- 6.1%, Gegharkunik-8.2%, Armavir- 6.9%, Shirak- 6.4%, Aragatsotn- 6.4%, Ararat-7.6%, Tavush and Syunik- 3.9% and 4.9% respectively.
According to the source, the deals on alienation of real property made up 29.5% of the total number of real estate operations. Primary registration of real estate accounted to 15% in August.
Also some 11.7% of all transactions were inheritance of real property, 11.9% were collaterals, and 4.8%- rents.
The other state registrations made up 27.1% in August. It is noteworthy that no privatization transaction of immovable property was concluded in August.—0--
