Over 532.5 million transactions worth 9.8 trillion drams made in Armenia in 9 months

YEREVAN, October 2 /ARKA/. According to the data of taxpayers’ settlement documents, including cash register receipts, 532.5 million transactions worth 9.8 trillion drams were made in January-September of this year, which exceeds the same period last year by 57.4 million transactions or 12.1% in number and by 1.3 trillion drams or 15.1% in volume, Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC) reports. 

According to the cash register receipts, 497.2 million transactions worth 2.1 trillion drams were made in 9 months, which is 48 million transactions or 10.7% more than the January-September 2023 figure in terms of number and 153.9 billion drams or 8% more in terms of volume. 

During the reporting period, 107.9 million non-cash transactions worth 642.1 billion drams were made, which exceeds the nine months of last year in terms of number by 49.9 million non-cash transactions or 86.3%, and in terms of volume by 197.4 billion drams or 44.4%. 

The figures do not include data on transactions in the taxi services sector. In September, the number of these transactions amounted to 6.9 million with a volume of 8.7 billion drams, of which non-cash transactions amounted to 2.4 million with a volume of 3.4 billion drams. ($1 - 387.11 drams). -0-
