Average market prices for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 0.04% in July, compared with June, Armenia’s State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
YEREVAN, September 5. /ARKA/. Average market prices for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 0.04% in July, compared with June, Armenia’s State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
In July, the average price for one square meter in apartments in Yerevan’s Kentron (Center) district were higher than in the capital’s other districts – AMD 428,000, and that for apartments in Nubarashen was lowest – AMD 156,000.
The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in provinces didn’t change in July.
Apartments in Tsakhkadzor cost higher than in other provincial settlements – AMD 292,500 and in Dastakert and Shamlug apartments offered at the lowers price – AMD 8,000.
Prices in Artashat, Goris and Kapan slightly rose in July, compared with June. ($1 – AMD 410.15). --0---
