Average market prices for single-family detached homes in Yerevan remained largely unchanged in July 2015, compared with the previous month, the State Real Estate Cadastre says in its report.

YEREVAN, August 28. /ARKA/. Average market prices for single-family detached homes in Yerevan remained largely unchanged in July 2015, compared with the previous month, the State Real Estate Cadastre says in its report.

Some 410 sale-purchase transactions were registered in Armenia in September. Of them, 122 were made in Yerevan.

According to the report, the highest prices were recorded in Yerevan’s Kentron and Arabkir districts – AMD 476,100 and AMD 383,000 per one square meter respectively, and the lowest in Nubarashen – AMD 150,800.

Tsakhkadzor accounted for the highest price – AMD 305,000 per one square meter, and Dastakert (Syunik province) and Tumanyan (Lori province) for the lowest prices – AMD 11,600 and AMD 12,000
