Some 160 million transactions worth 2.9 trillion drams carried out in Armenia through settlement documents in Q1, 2024
YEREVAN, April 3. /ARKA/. In the first quarter of 2024, some 160.4 million transactions worth over AMD 2.9 trillion were carried out on settlement documents issued by taxpayers (including cash register checks), the State Revenue Committee of Armenia reported.
These indicators exceeded the figures of the same period last year by 18.3 million transactions or 12.9%, and in value terms - by 473.9 billion drams or 19.4%.
In January-March 2024, according to the State Revenue Committee, additional tax liabilities of 15.2 billion drams were accrued to the state budget. During the same period last year, 12.6 billion drams were credited to the state budget.
According to the income tax and social contributions calculation data, submitted by taxpayers for February, the number of officially registered jobs amounted to 725,051, which is 32,785 or 4.7% more than in the same month last year.($1 - 390.99 drams) -0-.
