YEREVAN, May 15. /ARKA/. There are "no and cannot be" problems with the export of Armenian apricots and Jermuk mineral water to the Russian market, stated Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan.
"These products are freely exported to the EAEU market, the Russian market, and will continue to be exported in large volumes," Papoyan told reporters in Aparan, Aragatsotn Province.
According to him, the current situation on the Russian market can be assessed by the dynamics of cognac and cognac spirit exports. He added that there are no risks associated with grape procurement.
Speaking about the supply of Jermuk mineral water, the minister emphasized that the restrictions imposed as part of the Rospotrebnadzor investigation only apply to certain batches of the product. "Our export volumes are tens of times greater than these shipments," Papoyan said.
