U.S. Treasury Department reminds Armenia of measures against circumvention of anti-Russian sanctions

YEREVAN, April 13. /ARKA/. At a meeting with Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan in Washington on April 11, U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Adewale Adeyemo drew attention to measures taken by Washington to curb the circumvention of anti-Russian sanctions.
Adeyemo and Grigoryan "discussed also recent economic developments in Armenia," TASS reported, citing the U.S. Treasury Department.
‘Adeyemo also focused on the United States' global efforts to prevent the circumvention of U.S. sanctions and export control measures against Russia," according to the statement.
He reiterated the United States' commitment to continued cooperation between the U.S. and Armenia.
An Armenian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan is in Washington to attend the spring meetings of the World Bank (WB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) Boards of Governors. -0-
