A magnitude 2.6 earthquake was recorded this past night near Gyumri, Armenia’s second-largest city and the administrative center of Shirak province, the European-Mediterranean Seismic Center reported.

YEREVAN, July 3. /ARKA/. A magnitude 2.6 earthquake was recorded this past night near Gyumri, Armenia’s second-largest city and the administrative center of Shirak province, the European-Mediterranean Seismic Center reported.
It said the underground shock occurred on July 3 at 00:19 GMT (04:19 Yerevan time). The epicenter was located at the depth of 8 km in Georgia, 43 km north of Gyumri. -0-
