An Armenian contract serviceman, junior sergeant Vladimir Osipyan, was wounded on Sunday when Azerbaijani troops shelled Armenian army positions.

YEREVAN, July 29 /ARKA/. An Armenian contract serviceman, junior sergeant Vladimir Osipyan, was wounded on Sunday when Azerbaijani troops shelled Armenian army positions.
The press secretary of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Novosti-Armenia news agency that the incident occurred in the north-eastern part of the Armenian border with Azerbaijan. “Osipyan’s condition is satisfactory and there is no threat to his life,” he said.
According to the press secretary, the soldier was wounded during the shelling of the Armenian positions on Sunday, when another contract serviceman Arman Bulgadaryan, born in 1995, was killed. -0-
