Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan met Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Rene van der Linden who arrived in Armenia on a regional visit.
YEREVAN, July 4. /ARKA/. Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan met Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Rene van der Linden who arrived in Armenia on a regional visit.
“During the meeting the issues of Armenia’s cooperation with European structures were discussed,” the RA Government’s press service told ARKA.
The sides touched upon the prospects of Armenia’s economic development and discussed a number of regional issues, including the possibility of improving Armenian-Turkish relations in the context of Turkey’s entering the EU. L.M. –0--
