British Populus Sociologic Company Director Andrew Cooper is sure the secondary results of exit poll in Armenian presidential election are accurate.

YEREVAN, February 20. /ARKA/. British Populus Sociologic Company Director Andrew Cooper is sure the secondary results of exit poll in Armenian presidential election are accurate.
Speaking on Armenian Public Television, he said that the difference between official figures and the Populus-held exit poll will be not so great.

He said that it is not so easy to hold exit polls. He said he didn’t expect great difference.
Cooper said that over 12,000 people were questioned in the Populus’ poll ordered by Armenian Public Television.

The poll’s results show that Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan won 57.01% of votes, former Armenian president Levon Ter-Petrosyan scored 17.04%, Orinats Yerkir party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan got 14.6% and Dashnaktsutyun party nominee Vahan Hovhannisyan took 5.98%.

Other candidates’ results were no higher than 1.6%.

Nine candidates are racing for presidency.-0--
