Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, will visit Armenia soon, Piotr Switalski, the Head of the EU delegation to Armenia, told journalists on Tuesday.

Ambassador: Mogherini to visit Armenia soon

YEREVAN, February 10. /ARKA/. Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, will visit Armenia soon, Piotr Switalski, the Head of the EU delegation to Armenia, told journalists on Tuesday.

He expressed hope that Mogerini’s visit will give an additional impetus to development of relations between Armenia and the European Union.

On December 7, Federica Mogherini and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan announced the official start of negotiations over a new legal document regulating the relations. --0----
