YEREVAN, October 27. /ARKA/. Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan received Thursday US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Southern Europe and Eurasian Affairs Joshua Huck, the press service of the Security Council reported.

It said the interlocutors discussed the security situation around Armenia and attached importance to making concrete efforts to establish lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus.

The sides exchanged ideas on the Armenia-U.S. bilateral agenda and emphasized the need of expanding cooperation in different areas.

Further strengthening of the Armenian-American economic cooperation was highlighted. -0-
