Armenia appoints ambassadors to Slovakia and Portugal

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree today to appoint Armen Papikyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Slovakia. He will combine this post with duties of Armenia's ambassador to Austria with residence in Vienna.

YEREVAN, August 9. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree today to appoint Armen Papikyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Slovakia. He will combine this post with duties of Armenia's ambassador to Austria with residence in Vienna.
By another decree, the president appointed Karen Nazaryan, who serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Holy See of Vatican, to serve also as the country's ambassador to Portugal with residence in the Vatican. -0-
