YEREVAN, September 2. /ARKA/. Armenia has submitted the 10th draft of the peace agreement to Azerbaijan, according to a statement by Vahan Kostanyan, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.
Speaking at a panel discussion titled "Armenia and the EU: Priorities, Partnership, and Paths Forward" during the GLOBSEC conference in Prague on Sunday, Kostanyan emphasized Armenia's readiness to establish peace in the South Caucasus and the broader region.
The Deputy Minister praised the role of the EU observer mission in Armenia, noting its importance in ensuring security and stability in the region.
Armenia received the 10th set of proposals from Baku for the peace agreement on June 26 of this year. A month later, at the end of July, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan announced that Yerevan's proposals were still being developed. She added that Armenia is prepared to sign the agreement swiftly, based on the previously stated and presented fundamental principles.
