Armenia is working on creation of a mechanism that would ensure a dialogue between Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Azerbaijan, Secretary of Armenia's Security Council Armen Grigoryan said at a press briefing on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, February 14. /ARKA/. Armenia is working on creation of a mechanism that would ensure a dialogue between Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Azerbaijan, Secretary of Armenia's Security Council Armen Grigoryan said at a press briefing on Tuesday.

"Armenia supports discussions to be held between Stepanakert and Baku within a transparent international mechanism. Armenia continues to work with international partners to make this mechanism happen," Grigoryan said.

According to him, the mechanism can be reflected in a peace agreement around which negotiations are underway but at the same time he noted that other formats are also possible. -0-
