YEREVAN, April 24. /ARKA/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan ruled out the surrender of "even one millimeter" of land to the enemy.
"I can say one thing only- there is no word in this situation about surrendering even one millimeter of the land," the minister said to reporters after visiting the Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial to remember 1.5 million Armenians killed by the government of Ottoman Turkey during WWI.
Regarding the talk about territorial concessions to achieve peace in the Karabakh issue, Ohanyan said it is the thing being handled by politicians, engaged in the negotiating process.
"We will not allow pressure on the people of Artsakh, Neither we will allow attempts to subject the people of Artsakh to what happened 101 years ago to Armenians in the Ottoman Turkey," the Armenian defense minister said.-0-
