He noted, 11 cases out of 23 refer to election bribes, 6—to campaign impeding, 2—arguments and beatings, and the rest related to impeding of a journalist’s work, rallies, agitations on “silence day” and free will of voters.

“Criminal cases have been opened for two signals: on beatings and impeding of a journalist’s work,” he said.

Moreover, Petrosyan noted two materials have been prepared to verify the facts. Three signals were rejected for criminal case opening due to no crime committed, and 16 materials are currently being reviewed.
