YEREVAN, June 14. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed Thursday decrees dismissing and appointing officials in the National Security Service and the Police Department.
He appointed Stepan Melkonyan as deputy head of the National Security Service and Vardan Movsisyan as deputy Armenian Police Chief.
