Armenian president dismisses chief of special investigative service

Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan has dismissed today Andranik Mirzoyan as chief of the Special Investigative Service (SIS), Sargsyan’s press service reported. By another decree, the president has given this job to Vahram Shahinian.
