YEREVAN, January 15. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, who is now in the United Arab Emirates on official visit, met Monday in Abu Dhabi with the Minister of State of the UAE Sultan Al Jaber, the presidential press office reports.

The president of Armenia and minister of state of the United Arab Emirates spoke about opportunities for cooperation, in particular, implementation of joint projects in different areas.

According to Sarkissian, through the years, there have been minor and major achievements but the existing potential is much greater.

Among promising areas of cooperation, President Armen Sarkissian singled out areas of tourism, infrastructure, and services and noted that Armenia can offer different solutions in these areas such as eco-tourism and cultural tourism.

The President highlighted also the importance of cooperation in the areas of agriculture and food production. -0---
