KAPAN, January 25. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today he will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation in the first half of 2020.

"In general, we often meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. You know that last year we agreed that we would make mutual official visits. We are now working on preparing my official visit to Russia, scheduled to take place in the first half of the year," he said Saturday at a press conference in the southern town of Kapan.

Regarding the agenda of the Armenian-Russian relations, Pashinyan said that it is very rich. "In all areas there are strategic-allied relations. We cooperate within the Eurasian Economic Union, the CIS and at the bilateral level. We cooperate in the field of security - Russia is the chairman of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. Economic relations are also developing," he said. -0-
