Arsen Mkrtchyan appointed as Armenian deputy justice minister

Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has relieved Aram Orbelyan of the position of the deputy justice minister at his own request and appointed Arsen Mkrtchyan to this post, the press office of the government reported on Thursday.

YEREVAN, May 8. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has relieved Aram Orbelyan of the position of the deputy justice minister at his own request and appointed Arsen Mkrtchyan to this post, the press office of the government reported on Thursday.   

Mkrtchyan was born in 1973 in Yerevan. In 1996, he graduated from Gladzor University’s legal department. Since 200, he has held various positions. He also worked as administration head at Armenia's appeal, cassation and economic courts.

Arsen Mkrtchyan ran the country's judicial department in 2007 and 2008 and from 2008 till 2014 was a judge at the appeal civil court. --0----
