YEREVAN, September 27. /ARKA/. Artsvik Minasyan, Armenia’s acting economy minister, refrained today from commenting on his expected appointment as environment minister.

Aghvan Vardanyan, secretary of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation/Dashnaktsutiun party’s faction in the National Assembly, said yesterday that Minasyan will replace his economy ministerial seat for another one in the nature protection ministry.

“There is an acting minister and there is no a new decree so far,” he said. “That is why I find it improper to comment such statements before formation of a new cabinet.”

Minasyan said no matter which office he will run as minister.

In his words, as acting economy minister, he can also deal with environmental problems.

“It is not necessary to change the area to be able to answer questions,” he said. ---0---
