YEREVAN, May 6. /ARKA/. The situation along the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) defense army’s troops and Azeri forces on May 6 overnight remained unchanged, the NKR ministry of defense said today.

It said Azeri troops have again breached the cease-fire and used firearms of various calibers, and also 82-mm mortars and rocket-propelled grenade (RPG-7) to shell NKR army positions.

"The advanced military units of the defense army are in full control on the frontline, and if necessary they resort to actions consonant with development of the situation", it said. -0-
