YEREVAN, April 4. /ARKA/. Resignation of Tigran Sargsyan’s cabinet should not affect the process of Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union (CU), Armenia’s minister of economy Vahram Avanesyan said.

Armenia is expected to sign the document for joining the Customs Union in May.

The minister said he has no doubts the government should continue its everyday work. All tasks and measures, including major ones like joining the CU, will be completed in time, Avanesyan told ARKA.

Armenia’s premier resigned late Thursday April 2. He wrote on his facebook page his resignation was a ripe and s conscious decision. –0--
