YEREVAN, April 18. /ARKA/. The EU will provide 15 million euros in financial assistance to Armenia to solve short- and medium-term problems of Nagorno-Karabakh refugees.

A relevant project was approved at the session of the government on Thursday.

The Armenian government, in particular, approved the agreement between Armenia and the European Commission on "Strengthening the State and Sustainability of Armenia."

The agreement aims to "contribute to the Armenian government's policy of addressing short- and medium-term refugee problems, as well as ensuring their long-term socio-economic integration."

The project with a total cost of 15 million euros is financed from the EU budget. -0-
