Former governor of Armenian Kotayk region Aram Harutyunyan was appointed as chairman of the State Committee of Water Resources, an affiliation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the press service of the government said.

YEREVAN, April 2. / ARKA /. Former governor of Armenian Kotayk region Aram Harutyunyan was appointed as chairman of the State Committee of Water Resources, an affiliation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the press service of the government said.

It said a corresponding decision was taken on Thursday by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan.

Harutyunyan served earlier as Minister of Urban Development and Minister of Nature Protection. He was replaced as governor of Kotayk by Karapet Guloyan, the mayor of Abovyan town.-0--
