Governor of Ararat region of Armenia Edik Barseghyan has resigned.

YEREVAN, October 10. /ARKA/. Governor of Ararat region of Armenia Edik Barseghyan has resigned.
The decision about accepting his resignation will be signed urgently, Armenian premier Tigran Sargsyan said at a government meeting Thursday.
The premier asked the head of president’s administration Vigen Sargsyan to urgently submit the decision for president’s approval.
No other clarifications were provided on the issue.
Appointment of Aramais Grigoryan as new governor of the region is on the agenda of today’s government meeting. Aramais Grigoryan was parliament deputy from Dashnaktsutiun party in 2003-2007 and minister of agriculture in 2008-2009.–0—
