Armenia’ president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan as deputy head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Headquarters, the presidential press office reported.

YEREVAN, June 16. /ARKA/. Armenia’ president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan as deputy head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Headquarters, the presidential press office reported.
Hakobyan was the minister of defense of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic before.
Under another decree, lieutenant-general Lyova Mnatsakanyan was relieved of the post of the deputy head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Headquarters. –0—
