The new Armenian authorities intend to optimize the governing institutions to mitigate the effect of the increase of the number of seats in the National Assembly, which came as the result of the amendment made to the Constitution two years ago, in accordance to which the opposition must have no less than 30% of members in the National Assembly, Hraparak reports.
YEREVAN, December 14. /ARKA/. The new Armenian authorities intend to optimize the governing institutions to mitigate the effect of the increase of the number of seats in the National Assembly, which came as the result of the amendment made to the Constitution two years ago, in accordance to which the opposition must have no less than 30% of members in the National Assembly, Hraparak reports.
The newspaper reports referring to its sources that there will be only one vice-premier in the government now instead of three previously, and 18 ministries will be cut to 11. -0---
