Pashinyan appoints new deputy health minister

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan appointed Hovhannes Harutyunyan as Deputy Minister of Health, the government press office reported today.

YEREVAN, April 26. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan appointed Hovhannes Harutyunyan as Deputy Minister of Health, the government press office reported today.
Hovhannes Harutyunyan is replacing ex-deputy minister Arsen Davtyan, who was detained on March 30 by the National Security Service on suspicion of receiving a large bribe from the director of a Yerevan-based hospitals.
On April 3, a local court decided to allow his arrest for a period of two months. He was dismissed as deputy minister on April 13th. -0-
